Refund Policy

1. General Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the service stage, work already completed, and payments made to government departments or third-party providers.
2. Professional Fees
Professional fees may be partially refundable if cancellation is requested before substantial work begins. Once consultation, document review, drafting, filing preparation, or portal work has started, fees may be non-refundable or adjusted based on work completed.
3. Government and Third-Party Charges
Government fees, statutory charges, payment gateway fees, courier charges, stamp duty, and third-party costs are generally non-refundable once paid or committed.
4. Rejected or Delayed Applications
Authority rejection, portal downtime, processing delay, name rejection, document mismatch, or client-side delay does not automatically qualify for a refund. We will guide corrective steps where possible.
5. Duplicate or Excess Payment
If you make a duplicate or excess payment, contact us with payment proof. Verified excess amounts will be refunded or adjusted against future services.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email contact@regitrust.in with your name, invoice/payment details, service name, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed through the original or mutually agreed payment method.
